Piping Stress Analysis with CAESAR II
Being able to perform Piping Stress Analysis either using Computer Program such as CAESAR II, or AUTOPIPE, or even to do some manual calculation, requires some understanding of basic knowledge in piping stress analysis such as, what is Piping Stress Analysis? Why do we need to do stress analysis? What kind of skill or knowledge that we need to know in order to be able to do such a job?
☘☘☘
Before we answer those questions, however, there are things that we should have known prior to that, for example, the knowledge about some basics piping stuff, such as piping material, pipe sizes and schedule, pipe fittings, and pipe support, which is given in my separate courses, with the title of Piping Engineering for Beginners. If you have not gone thru that course, or you still in doubt, my advice is to visit the course and get to know that stuff, before you proceed with this course.

I have been thinking a lot to create this course using my real and practical experience performing Stress Analysis of piping systems for Oil and Gas Projects such as LNG Project, Gas Plant Project, Petrochemical Project, Oil Refinery Project, Geothermal Project for over 29 years of experience. I still remember the feeling when I was like thrown into the deep end of the pool at my very first job as Stress Boy: confused. I just want every new fresh Engineer can at least know where to start when given the task of piping stress analysis. In other words, can be more prepared. After this course, I will prepare the Step-By-Step gudie to do Piping Stress Analysis. Although this course mainly and especially for beginners, but this could be a kind of refreshment for the experienced guy.
